Colleen McCarty | VP, Talent & Organization Development

Colleen McCarty joined Initial Call in 2003. In her role as Vice President, Talent and Organization Development, Colleen oversees the recruiting, IT, communications and staffing teams. In addition, she focuses on internal operations designed to improve business practices, contractor development, and knowledge management. 

Colleen brings breadth and depth of human resources experience to Initial Call. She has served as an instructor in the Extended Education Human Resources Certificate program of the University of California, Berkeley. Earlier in her career, she held human resources positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell and The Clorox Company.

Colleen, SPHR, holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A., English Literature from California State University, Chico.
