Inside Sales/Lead Generation Sales Managers

Initial Call is seeking sales managers. We are a fast-growing virtual sales consulting firm that provides pre-sales research, B2B lead generation, prospect qualification, appointment setting, and sales campaign support services to companies who outsource their inside sales operations. Initial Call clients include professional services firms, software, and product companies that sell to businesses across all verticals.

All Initial Call contractors work 15 to 25 hours a week from their own offices. Compensation includes a competitive hourly pay rate plus bonus for setting phone or face-to-faceappointments for our clients' sales executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate identified prospects, cold call and book qualified sales appointments
  • Document all calling activity in our clients’ CRM databases
  • Work in a virtual team environment under the direction of a Project Manager
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in B2B sales. We prefer a strong background in full life-cycle high tech field sales or B2B professional services sales
  • Proven ability to make cold calls, navigate organizations and gatekeepers, handle objections, and set appointments
  • A sophisticated understanding of how businesses are organized and operated
  • Competence in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or other CRM tools
  • Fully-equipped office
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and an aggressive, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit
